help change the laws regarding "slip and fall" incidents in Ohio

Victims of "slip and falls should not be "penilized" because of past scams and claims-Why should we suffer broken bones and disabilities because of "unscrupulous" people of the past?? I personally am a "victim" as of January 2nd 14-i suffered a broken right arm and could not file a claim because of "OHIO Law" I had no clue these claims were "outlawed a long time ago-I found out the "hard way"Victims" Lest band together and "change that law"!!
